EKSTERN is a real show superstar, not only through his results but even more by his incredible presence when entering the show ring!

His initial impact began as a show horse, from his debut as a Polish National Junior Champion Colt as a yearling, to several more National and International Championship titles, to finalize in being a 'Triple Crown' winner in 2000 which means, to win all three major show titles in a single year, the All Nations Cup, the European and the World Championship. EKSTERN is the only undefeated stallion in the Arabian breed history that has won the 'Triple Crown' stallion and this was also in a very unique year, the millenium!

Since that time, EKSTERN has been extending his influence in some highly respected and significant breeding programmes across the globe as a sire of enduring importance. Through his sons and daughters and his international champion get, EKSTERN has matured into a leading male progenitor of Monogramm and his legacy worldwide. His genetic prepotency is apparent in all his best progeny, as they have inherited some exemplary trademark EKSTERN characteristics: authentic breed type, a refined, dished head, charisma and presence, aristocratic elegance, excellent balance, tail carriage, and an explosve trot characterized by dynamic animation, lofty suspension and powerful impulsion.

In 1998, EKSTERN was bred to the mares in his home stables, Michalow stud, before he left to Belgium to stand and sire there for two years at Christine Jamar's Jadem Arabians. During this time, he was shown throughout the major shows in Europe, and won his the three big titles and "Triple Crown"". In 2001, EKSTERN returned to Michalow and followed there his obligations as a herd sire there for two years. In 2003, he was based at the Bialka Stud and bred to the mares there, and then he went back to Janow Podlaski in 2004 to 2006, and again in 2010, providing his breeding input to the brodmare band there. In 2007 and 2008 he was in Michalow again, as he is now too.

In 2008, EKSTERN was honored with the ultimate distinction for his accomplishments as both a show horse and a sire when he was the WAHO Challenge Trophy recipient for Poland, awarded to the Arabian horse who best exemplifies Arabian ambassadorship through both individual achievements as well as through the perpetual influence of the descendants.
