- bred by Al Shaqab Stud, and born in Qatar in 1995, the year after his famous sire Ansata Halim Shah had been passed away
- Ansata Halim Shah's last and most prominent son
- special regarded at Al Shaqab, and special treated from the very much beginning of his life; he was definately the "crown prince" at stud
- a starting example of the successful cross between the two straight Egyptian sires and bloodlines, Ansata Halim Shah and Ruminaja Ali; Al Aadeed's sire is Halim Shah, and his dam is a Ruminaja Ali daughter
- four times influenced by the valuable MORAFIC blood, this through his ancestors in fourth (3x) and sixth (1x) generation
- Successful show horse - many times Qatar National and multiple International Champion in three continents (Near & Middle East, Europe, the United States)
- Champion Stallion at the "All Nations Cup" in Aachen, winning the trophy as World Champion in Paris in 2002, restricted from this title as of medical treatment, but again competing in Paris the following year and winning the trophy and official title as World Champion Stallion of 2003; in the U.S. - Egyptian Event Champion Stallion and Supreme Champion in Lexington in 2005
- Successful breeding horse - sire of many national and international champions in the Near & Middle East, in Europe, and the United States - among, his oldest and best known daughter, multiple Champion AMIRAT AL SHAQAB
- Based as breeding stallion and sire in the U.S. with Michael Byatt, in Texas, since 2004
